2025 Annual Performance Report

Posted Date: 11/13/25 (4:07 PM)

The Camdenton R-III School District is proud to share the highlights and insights from our recent Annual Performance Report (APR), which we reviewed at Monday evening's Board meeting.

The APR is our district's annual report card, provided by the state's Missouri School Improvement Program (MSIP). It gives us and the community a clear picture of how our schools and students are performing across key academic areas. The state also provides an APR Classification Composite Score, which gives a comprehensive view by averaging three years of data.

Our 2025 APR data shows many excellent achievements across the district. These successes demonstrate the hard work of our students, teachers, and staff:

  • We exceeded the state in 16/20 MAP/EOC Assessments

  • Our District is “On-Track” or at the “Target” goal for 18/20 performance indicators

  • We saw high performance and cohort growth in 5th Grade English and Math

  • There was building-level APR Growth at Oak Ridge and High School

  • We saw district performance growth in Student Groups in Science and Math

  • We earned 100% of the points possible in Graduation Rate

  • We earned 100% of the points possible in Advanced Credit (Students earning a qualifying score in AP, Dual Credit, PLTW, or IRC

The APR is also a vital tool for identifying where we can focus our efforts to improve. We are committed to developing strategies in the following key areas:

  • We have an opportunity for District and Building Level APR Growth

  • Opportunity for growth in 4th Grade, 7th Grade, & 8th Grade English, as well as 4th Grade Math

  • Opportunity for growth in our District-wide performance in English Language Arts

  • Opportunity for growth in student attendance

  • Opportunity for growth in CCR Assessment performance

    • ACT, SAT, WorkKeys, Accuplacer, & ASVAB

Attached, you will find the presentation that was presented to the board, which includes links to supporting data.

We are incredibly proud of our students and teachers for their hard work in continuing to make Camdenton a great place to learn!
